No Regina, they're just repeating when Henry almost died with Lucy, Rumple will team up with Lady Tremaine but not Regina when it involves his own grandson, the idea of Lady Tremaine also being Rapunzel is just a stupid idea in general, she is resentful to Drizella because she was too young to remember her mother and had known her step-mother FAR LONGER (Also, I'm pretty sure that Anastasia was younger than Drizella in the animated movies), and I just couldn't get invested in her AT ALL! This makes the Rapunzel from season 3 to look like the far superior version.
