Miss S1 Paley :( ,also S6 <33

The only season I like her.

Season 1<33 I hate how the writers ignored them after giving them such a beautiful and amazing friendship in season 1! I also love season 6 because I feel like Paley started getting closer again and they could relate a lot more.

Yeah Moosh I agree, I hated the fact they were ignored. I always felt they had a strong connection (more than Haley/Brooke even though I love them more) and I'm so sad it wasn't that much exploited. I love them in seasons 1 and 2 mostly because Peyton was the one to reassure Haley about sex in season 1, to encourage her to be with Nathan no matter what Lucas would say and to push her to sing in season 2. They weren't that much of them in seasons 3 to 5. Haley was always on Lucas's side and it's really seen in season 5. Plus, in season 4, I think she was more on Brooke team. They were great in season 6 too!

Personally, the Haley/Peyton friendship was my favorite in S1 and most part of S2. But in S3 IMO the writers decided to invest more in the Haley/Brooke friendship and the 'Paley' friendship was forgotten and many times they were put one against the other ie. S3 when Haley returned and S5 when Haley was all pro-Lindsey. It was only in S6 that writers gave some time to Haley/Peyton scenes.

It's a pity because I think Hilarie and Joy have great chemistry together and I loved their friendship. The writers ruined it.

They were great in season 1. After season 1 I don't particularly care about them... I have no negative feelings about their friendship after season 1, I just didn't notice them much.
But I really enjoyed them getting to know one another in season 1.
