OHSHC chapter 69 FINALLY came out! So here we go!
It starts out with Tamaki standing in his bedroom, the door to his balcony WIDE open. He's commenting on the beauty of the earth, totally ignoring the feezing cold air of winter which is pretty much killing his dog Anne (for short). The maids are all freaking out about how cold it is and Tamaki doesn't even have a clue because he's in love. lol
Well, you get a little flash back to him and Hikaru. He tells Hikaru that's he's sorry and thanks him. Hikaru asks him if he finally understands. Tamaki says that he pag-ibig Haruhi a lot.
While Haruhi is walking to school Tamaki flys past her on a segway, totally nagyelo from the cold air, but he still can't feel it. He greets her VERY warmly and asks if she wants a ride. She turns it down because she's cold. Tamaki grabs her face, commenting on how her nose is all red and gets a shock. His puso starts to pound out of control, so he backs away from Haruhi, VERY fast, freaking out a little!
He then realizes that he doesn't know how Haruhi feels about him because he never asked. He wants to ask her but his mind is so filled with way to propose that he can't think straight (LOL!).
The Host boys all ipakita up while Haruhi hurries to class because the bells are ringing. They wish Tamaki good morning and he grabs Hikaru and apologizes again. Hikaru, totally annoyed, states that Tamaki apologized enough the araw before. Tamaki says that he knows Haruhi is in pag-ibig with him. Hikaru demands to know if she told him that, further annoyed and worried. Tamaki give some reasons, which all the Hosts blow past, explaining why she would say something like that or act like that. Tamaki ignores them and tell Hikaru that they are in a mens duel for Haruhi, but his and her feels are mutual for each other. Hikaru loses it, and thinks "I'm going to kill him!" with the scary animation of burning anger lol.
Tamaki decides to throw himself a birthday party because he's been reborn. (Basicly he feels like a new man because of his pag-ibig for Haruhi and his final understanding of it.) He sets up seating arrangements and Haruhi's name tag has his last name.
Kaoru freaks out, seriously concerned about Hikaru's feeling and reaction. Hikaru calmly does an online couples fortune and loudly proclaims that Tamaki and Haruhi will only bring distruction to each other, as the fortune stated.
Tamaki states that he'll take Haruhi's last name then. Hikaru adds it up and the fortune is worse, predicting divorce.
Tamaki offers to give her his French last name then. Hikaru states that she could never us that last name as a lawyer because it's too difficult. Tamaki freaks out and yells at Hikaru demanding to know why he is saying cruel things and that he thought they wanted to resolve the issues. Hikaru sinabi he never wanted to resolve the issues and demands to know if Haruhi actually told Tamaki that she loves him. He calls Tamaki an enemy of woman and a stalker. Tamaki calmly asks him to continue calling him bad names if it will make Hikaru feel better.
Hikaru snaps and all the Host boys have told him back as he prepairs to pumple Tamaki with his "birthday cake" (Honey begging him not to all the while lol). Hikaru proclaims that he would never be able to forgive himself if he loses Haruhi to Tamaki, since Tamaki is a complete idiot. Kyoya is the only one having a good time, which makes Hikaru furious, because Kyoya is happy to see all the Hosts back to normal.
Haruhi at this time is in the aklatan with Kanoya (the girl that proclaimed her pag-ibig to Tamaki). They're talking about how Kanoya expressed her feeling to her mother about missing her father. Kanoya also states that maybe she wasn't really in pag-ibig with Tamaki. Haruhi disagrees and states that Kanoya loved Tamaki. She thinks to herself that if it wasn't pag-ibig there was no way she would have felt "that emotion" while looking at the two of them together. She thinks that she was jealouse and that she was about to cry when she saw Kanoya and Tamaki together.
She goes to the club only to find Tamaki pag-awit happy birthday to himself and she wonders why she loves him (lol oh so sad!). When Honey greets her Tamaki gets too nervous to be near her and hides, only alowing his face to peek around the corner. Haruhi asks about him and the Twins tell her it's just a nervous reaction to recovering from his sad mood.
Haruhi finds her upuan and sees all kinds of last names scribbled out until her last name was written on the seating card. Tamaki freaks out and starts to explain, very stupidly, and realizes that because he's so nervous he can't express his true feelings for her. Honey saves him sa pamamagitan ng bringing Haruhi cake lol.
Tamaki asks Haruhi when her father will be home. She tells him and Tamaki says he wants to go there in a suit and pay his respects (pretty much he's stating that he wants to ask her fathers permission for her hand). Haruhi asks why and Hikaru stands behind Tamaki and asks "Hu hu?" making Tamaki lose his courage.
Tamaki whispers to Honey something that Haruhi said, trying to get verification that she loves him. Honey brushes it off with a response that involves all the Hosts. So Tamaki whispers something to Mori with the same kind of response. Tamaki is in shock and sinks to the floor, wondering if Haruhi isn't in pag-ibig with him.
Kyoya changes the subject sa pamamagitan ng mentioning that Haruhi's birthday is coming up. Tamaki and Hikaru both fantasize about giving her a gift and her proclaiming her undying pag-ibig for each one. The two boys glare at each other and proclaim war.
Kyoya receives a phone call about something and asks the Host to help him concerning a lying lawyer. It's pretty confusing and unclear at that point and then the chapter ends.

There you go! Tamaki FINALLY knows of his feelings for Haruhi! I just can't wait for him to be bravo enough to tell her now! lol
