Bella's POV

Everyone in the car's jaw dropped. Now I regretted to speak the truth. If I was human, my face would be completely red.
Then Alice giggled.
"Who knew Bella had a thing for boys." she said.
I groaned. "Alice, not the best time for teasing."
"Bella? I never knew you dated." Leah said, a little impressed.
I looked at Edward's expression. Jealous?
"Come on Edward! It was 4 years ago." I said, about one madami block from the hotel.
Edward growled.
"I can't immagine you with one of those low-lives." he hissed.
I groaned. "That was back then, when... my life was a huge mess." I said.
I felt ashamed. The whole past... was a huge mistake.

We were at the entrance of the hotel. It looked beautiful but my mood didn't improve.
Alice felt my mood.
"Bella. I'm sorry, I didn't know you had such a heard past. Can you tell the rest of us the history?" she asked.
I took a deep breath.
"Fine, I will tell it to you once we get into the room." I said, with a dull tone.
Leah and Alice smiled, trying to make me feel better. I turned to look at Edward. His expression was thoughtful. But then he turned to look at me, and held my hand, as we went out of the car.
"I'm sorry. That was rude of me." Edward apologized.
"It's ok. I know I did stupid things." I answered.

Then Edward took my face in his hands, and kissed me. I automatically kissed him back but then we were interrupted.
"Umm... would you like me to take your lugauges?" the man sinabi nervous.
"Thanks, that would be great." Edward sinabi to him politely once our lips parted.
The man nodded and we went inside. The place looked madami like a ballroom than a lobby.
Unexpectedly, Alice started twirling and dancing across the room. Leah giggled.
"I'll us set up." Edward whispered in my ear, and kissed my forehead.
He went to the front mesa and started talking. I sat on the couch, waiting patiently.

In about two minutes, Edward was aready ready.
"Ok, we have 3 bedrooms and the presidential suite. These are the keys." he said, while handing a card to each of us.
The same man outside held our luggages and followed us in the elevator on the way up.
"Room 395, 397, 399." Edward said.
"You can pick any room you want, they are all the same."
Alice used her key on 397. Leah used her key in room 399. So that leaves Edward and me with room 395.
"Shall we?" Edward sinabi while grinning.
I nodded.
Edward opened the door, and I saw a beautiful room, with a big white kama in the middle, a mesa to work, a Plasma screen TV, a couch, and there was a great view of the skyline of Phoenix out the window.

Then man came into our room and gave us our luggages. Edward gave the man a $100 tip. Then he closed the door.
"So what do you think?" Edward asked.
"It's beautiful..." I said.
Then we heard a knock on the door.
"Yes?" Edward said.
"It's Leah and Alice." Alice said.
I opened the door for them. Then they took a upuan in the couch.
"Well?" Leah asked.
"Well, what?" I asked. What do they want?
"What's the story about your past, after I left?" Leah asked.
I took a deep breath.
"This is a very long story." I warned them.
"We've got time." Edward said.
Then I began, the story, of the past, that I never want to speak of again.
