It's contest for the best tagahanga art. It's easy: make tagahanga art, upload it to our tagahanga club and ulat yourself here.
You can make madami than one art. Themes are optional. You can make eg. Powerpuff Girls and Rowdyruff Boys as couples or something else.
It's your imagination. ; )
