She has balanced characteristics. Bad characteristics that seem to be polar opposites with her are her emotions and lack thereof.
When she gets emotional it's often her being a drama-queen, and when she isn't being emotional it's denial.
I don't see these as bad things because they're realistic. People go through these problems and I certainly don't like her less because of it.
