Sasori sinabi himself that he got a spy working as one of Orochimaru's subordinates...Meaning...Kabuto worked for Sasori...
And (if I got it right) Sasori wanted to kill Orochimaru, while Orochimaru canceled Sasori's control Jutsu that Sasori used on Kabuto...And then Kabuto betrayed Sasori and started working for Orochimaru. Don't shoot me if I'm wrong.
