There are two Pigheads. Pighead I couldn't have been Amanda, because Pighead died in the game witch took place in between Saw and Saw II, and Amanda died in Saw III. Pighead II may have been Hoffman: in Saw II: Flesh & Blood; a girl named Sarah tells Michael Tapp that Pighead II was a friend of his father, David Tapp, and casfiles left sa pamamagitan ng Tapp say that Tapp knew Hoffman. Dr. Gordon is out of the question, because he has a limp, and neither of the Pigheads do.
That was probably Hoffman or Amanda. But in the ending of the video game, Sing's wife was the one with the mask and magsuot ng bata on when she got shot sa pamamagitan ng Tapp (she had her mouth taped shut so she wouldn't be able to talk)
