twilight4ever, that is very true. John was never a killer, Hoffman was. Sure Billy might not do much besides represent the life John never got to have, but that doesn't mean he should be hated.

And beating up a sickly, cancer-ridden old man and a small junkie girl is not okay no matter what. You mother must be really proud of you, Eric.

They took his son for no reason I think Eric should of beat them up like he did. Wouldn't any dad or parent (dosen't have to be a dad) beat his/her son/daughter's kidnapper up if they had the chance expecially if they are in danger. (for example being locked in a house that's filled with gas with a bunch of ex-convicts that were arrested by his father)anyway I didn't like Hoffman everyone else was good. I kind of got off topic.

Eric was a moron. John said that if Eric stayed and talked to him, he would find his son in a safe place. If Eric had thought rationally, he would have passed his test and been reunited with his son.

I'm sick and tired of people claiming they hate Eric just because he didn't "stay and talk to Jigsaw"! I mean nobody f'in knew what was happening till it was revealed in the end! Anybody would have done the same if his son was kidnapped. A viewer should not act like a sanctimonious ass! The whole series is about such overlooked little details!
