Ya know how you breathe normally is kind of shallow? Well if i understand my Choir teacher right you just breathe deep not shallow

It's like a big, deep breath. But, the trick is to not ilipat your shoulders. Place your hand where your diaphragm muscle should be and take a deep breath. If you can feel something moving (other than your tummy!) that means you're breathing into your diaphragm!
