“After Black puntas I took on Smokie and still manage them today. Smokie have a huge tagahanga base all over the world and are a very busy band. The logistics of touring these days can be a nightmare with airport security as it is and I handle all that side of things. Three members of Smokie still live in West Yorkshire, one of them lives near Inverness and one lives in Spain, so we all tend to meet up at Amsterdam Airport and set off from there.
