Harry Potter was not in the greatest of moods. True, he DID defeat Voldemort (again), but it was turning out to be a not-so-satisfying victory. His scar, which was matunog na halik in the middle of his forehead, had started twinging again. That in itself wasn't a good sign.
Of course, a scar twinge could mean any number of things. It could mean that Voldemort was getting stronger. Or that he was getting close. It could even mean that whatever Voldemort had become, wherever he was, was angry.
Certainly, seven years in the magical world had not prepared him for such an UNUSUAL sight.
In front of him stood a human male, very short, with close-cropped dark hair and an accent thicker than his own. This mysterious person was wearing round glasses identical to Harry's, and, most mysteriously of all, had a scar on his forehead, shaped like a bolt of lightning. The only difference between the two scars was their position. The stranger's scar was positioned over his right eye.
<Stupid place for a scar,> Harry found himself thinking. He couldn't know that the stranger was thinking the exact same thing. Seven years of fighting Dark wizards had trained Harry for his susunod reaction. He drew his wand.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"I'm Harry Potter. And you are?"
"That can wait," Harry replied, flattening his bangs. Unfortunately, they sprang right back to where they were. "What form does your Patronus take?
"A stag, of course. And yours?"
"Stag."
"Ironic, isn't it?" The stranger was a bit too cheerful for Harry's taste.
"Sure. Whatever you say. Whhat I don't get is how there's two Harry Potters that look nothing alike." Harry frowned deeply. "For one thing, your hair's way too neat. Your scar's in the wrong spot, you're too short and your eyesare the wrong color."
"Perhaps you're the imposter."
"There's only one way to find out."
"Hhermione," the two Harry Potters chorused. They set off in paghahanap of the brightest witch of their generation. ((Sorry for the interruption. Each Harry will be referred to sa pamamagitan ng where he came from., i.e. the taller Harry willbe called Book. So,on withthe story.))
The two Harrys found Hermione in the library, immersed in a thick book on alternate realities.
"We…should…have…come…here…first…" panted Movie. He was shorter than Book, and couldn't keep up with the other's long strides.
"That's not usually the way it works around here. You have to go somewhere completely unrelated to what you're looking for first, THEN you'll find what you're looking for."
"So THAT's why we went towards the Slytherin common room."
"YES."
"You don't have to be sarcastic. I'm just used to other people telling me what I have to do before I do it." The small argument that had erupted between the two Harrys caught Hermione's attention.
"Hi, Ha…What's going on?"
"That's what we'd like to know. Apparently this short little git is me," Book said, pointing at Movie. "Even though he looks nothing like me."
"Well…" Hermione started. But she never got to finish, as yet another black-haired boy arrived.
