Supernatural Tanong

Is Nick related to the Winchesters?

This has been bugging me.

If it's a bloodline things, with Michael possessing John and Adam when he couldn't get to to Dean, why is it that Lucifer was able to make a seemingly unrelated stranger into his vessel, even if it wasn't meant to last?

Perhaps he is a relative of John or Mary, and either he/she doesn't know about or never told their sons about. Maybe since Cain and Abel are the Winchester's ancestors, those two had plenty of other descendants. Maybe Nick is very distantly related to them this way.

I would say he wasn't part of their bloodline, just part of a bloodline that can be possessed sa pamamagitan ng mga kerubin (the way Castiel's vessel Jimmy was). I suppose it is possible that he was related to them, but that Sam was the only vessel that could truly hold Lucifer. Obviously Michael was able to possess Adam and John, but he didn't do it long enough for us to see if their bodies would have started to fall apart the same way Nick's did.

That's a good point, thank you.

My theory is that every person who made a deal with Azazel is distantly related to each other. So for Sam, being Lucifer's vessel was inherited from Mary and the Campbells. That's the only way what Azazel did would make sense with the later storyline.

I don't think Nick was a "psychic kid" or one of that bloodline, though. I think that's why his body was deteriorating so fast.

I just imagine a normal person possessed sa pamamagitan ng Lucifer would be a pile of ash in seconds, but Nick was "special" for some reason.

Maybe the vessels of other mga kerubin can hold up a little longer but not indefinitely. Maybe Nick was someone else's vessel.

No, Nick was just a stranger and a temporary vessel for Lucifer that he chose to occupy until he got to Sam.
