I dug my phone from out my pocket, flipped it up and began to dial.
“What are you doing?” Castiel asked.
I knew it was the right thing to do as soon as it began to ring. “What I should have done in the first place.”
I waited a few stretched out rings before my brother answered reluctantly; he’d obviously seen the caller ID and been hesitant to talk to me after what I’d sinabi just a few hours earlier. Wow, just a few hours...it felt like a lot longer. It had been about two and half weeks since I’d last seen Sam, and although up until very recently it had felt like what was best for both of us, now I had realised what he’s apparently realised a few hours earlier – we were stronger together. Cas had known it, so had Sam – and now I had realised it. And it had taken long enough.
“Dean?”
“Sam? It’s me.” I paused; having dialled up on impulse so quickly, I wasn’t sure what to say next. I let him make the first move.
“Are you alright?”
After everything, our first instincts were still to make sure the other was alright. I almost smiled to myself.
“Yeah...I’m fine, I’m with Cas.”
I could nearly hear Sam’s nod through the phone. I didn’t want him to think that we’d gone off together, and Cas had kind of replaced him in the last couple of weeks, but it was, at least kind of, the truth. There was a little pause as I imagined the look on my brother’s face as he considered this, then the tanong dawned on him.
“What do you want?”
I looked across as Cas, who was waiting patiently and trying to make out the conversation from just my words. I looked him in the eyes and he nodded, knowing what I was about to do.
“I want you back in. You were right...it’s a mistake for us not to be together.”
Again, a smaller pause whilst Sam thought about this. “I thought you sinabi we were weaker?” Another pause. “You really want me back in?”
“Definitely.”
“Okay...are you sure? Why?”
I sighed. “What you sinabi earlier, you were right. Let’s just meet up and we can talk about it, alright?”
I could tell Sam didn’t buy this but was letting it ride anyway. I did fully intend to give him a little talk, like I’d always done as his big brother, about how he wouldn’t disappoint me again, and that I was beginning to trust him again. Slowly.
God, I sounded like Dad. I’d have to rephrase that when we met up.
Sam let out a deep breath as only Sam does. “Alright...where do you want to meet?”

Sam let out a deep breath as only Sam does. “Alright...where do you want to meet?”
Sam was waiting in line in a local snack bar. While he was waiting he watched the news, airing on a flat screen television, hanging on the ceiling.
“The thirty-five taon old Zoey Allen has escaped the local hospital of kastilyo Rock, Colorado. Allen was brought into the hospital after she got stuck in a fire. Allen is extremely dangerous and wanted for several murders. She might be armed”
The news reader gave a number people could call if they had any kind of information.
Sam walked out of the snack bar and conjured his phone. He quickly dialed Dean’s number.
“Hello?”
“Dean, Zoey escaped” Sam sinabi fast.
“What? I thought she was dead” Dean sinabi disbelieving.
“Apparently not” Sam said. “Lock your door. Don’t let anyone in”
“I wasn’t going to” Dean sinabi and Sam heard him lock the door.

The first witness was the mother of the seven taon old boy Cas had healed from a life threatening fever.
“I went to the kusina and when I came back Mr. Allen, as he presented himself, had his hands all over my son. I…I think he was taking advantage of my son’s weakness”
“Objection!” Craig said. “I think everyone in kastilyo Rock knows about my client’s special abilities? Castiel can heal people with his bare hands, which is why Mrs. Jones had him come over in the first place. But to do his job he needs to touch his patient. He doesn’t even charge them”
“Of course he wouldn’t” Evan Trumble, Daphne’s attorney, said. “That’s because he knows that what he’s doing is wrong”
While Craig and Evan where quibbling, Cas looked sharp at Mrs. Jones.
“I never touched your son and you know it. I saved your son and this is not the right way to thank me”
Mrs. Jones seemed to cringe and looked around to find support or a way out.

Night fell and Meg was playing with her phone. She had gotten so used to the sound of wings, she didn’t bother to look up when Balthazar and Anna appeared.
“We just heard Castiel’s trial’s tomorrow, which is very unusual” Balthazar said. “Whatever Crowley’s up to, it’ll happen tomorrow”
Meg shrugged. Why did everyone expect her to care?
“That means you’ll have to be prepared” Anna sinabi sharp.
Meg stopped playing games with her phone.
“We’re getting you out tonight” Anna said.
Meg looked up, happy as a child. “Finally” she said.
Balthazar conjured his sword, but then a bright light shone from somewhere ahead of them.
“Oh no” Meg said. “Oh no no no no no no!”
That didn’t exactly help, because an instant later both Balthazar and Anna were gone.
Meg sunk to the bottom of her cell.
“Great” she sinabi grumpy. “Juuuust great”

The susunod morning.
Jo woke up, because someone was banging the door.
“Mr. Allen? Open the door!” a female voice said.
Jo stumbled out of kama and wiped her eyes. She walked to the door and opened it. There were two inspectors, a man and a woman.
“Good morning, miss. I’m inspector Roberts, this is my colleague inspector Williams” Isabel said, ipinapakita her badge. “We need to talk to Emmanuel Allen. We were told we could find him here”
Jo frowned and shook her head. “I don’t know anyone with that name. You have the wrong house”
Inspector Williams searched in his bag and conjured a picture. “Maybe this might help you?” he said. Jo’s eyes widened and she took the picture. “I know him” she admitted. “But his name’s not Emmanuel. It’s Castiel”
