Dean entered the kusina and saw Meg sitting at the table, with a cup of coffee.
“You’re up early” he mumbled. Meg looked up. “I get it” Dean added. “You never went to sleep”
Meg shook her head.
“Yeah, me neither” Dean replied soft. “So, eh, what are you going to do now?”
Meg shrugged and stirred her coffee.
“You know what I sinabi when Cas told me he loved me? I told him to shut up. I never sinabi it back” she sinabi sober.
“I’m sure he knew that” Dean sinabi careful.
“It doesn’t matter” Meg replied sharp. “He’s gone. There’s no need for me to be human anymore”
Dean frowned. “What are you talking about? Are you saying you’re going to try and be a demon again?”
“Why not? I Nawawala my baby and the only man who’s ever loved me no matter what” Meg defended herself passionately. “At least when I’m a demon I don’t have to feel that”
“You’re just going back to your old life, erasing every good thing Cas used to see in you?” Dean asked disgusted.
“Cas is gone and he’s not coming back!” Meg exclaimed, throwing her cup of cold coffee on the floor. She gasped, startled sa pamamagitan ng her own emotion, and bent through her knees to collect the fragments.
Dean kneeled susunod to her.
“I’m sorry for what I did” he said. “For causing you a miscarriage and for being a dick. I just couldn’t get myself around the fact that you’re practically…one of us now. I think I didn’t want to. It was just easier to see you as a demon” he paused a second. “Cas isn’t dead. Jimmy sinabi he was still in there. We just have to get him out. You can’t give up on him”
He took her hand and pulled her up.
“Let’s get him back” he suggested.
