Sam put in, “Yeah, it’s a stretch, but when you look at all the facts, it’s the only thing that seems to make sense.”
Dean pursed his lips thoughtfully. “Okay,” he said, holding up his hands to signal for silence while his mind absorbed their proposition, “so let’s say this really is what’s going on. What can we do about it? We can’t even get our own asses out of here. How are we supposed to drag some freaking ghost back with us?”
“Maybe we don’t have to,” Sam sinabi thoughtfully. “When we do get back, salting and burning the Buto should be enough to destroy the spirit, no matter where it is.”
“Yeah, well, there’s still that first hurdle you have to jump,” D pointed out. “Getting back, I mean.”
Sam knitted his brows. “Yeah, I know.”
The lights flickered, threatening to go out entirely as a streak of lighting crackled overhead. A weird kahel light filled the section of sky framed sa pamamagitan ng the tiny window. “Wow,” D said.
“This is a weird storm,” Samantha commented.
Sam gazed out the window with a distant look in his hazel eyes. “Yeah, it is,” he said, his voice low and quiet. He clicked on a hyperlink.
“What are you doing?” asked Dean, coming around to look at the screen. “If she’s from our world, it won’t do any good to look up her info here.”
“Well, maybe I could find something about this Sharon that, with a few changes, might make her a vengeful spirit,” Sam sinabi hopefully.
“Phew!” Samantha said. “This should be about as much fun as looking for a needle in a stack of straight pins- it can be done, but not without great difficulty.”
“And a lot of pain,” Dean put in, “at least for that girl in the susunod room if we can’t save her.”

Dean looked at him, somewhat offended. “Dude, that’s my line.”
Sam shook his head. “No, really, there’s something here that just doesn’t make any sense.”
His tone was so full of shock that even D came over and crowded her face in with the others to stare at the screen.
“There’s two profiles here for Sharon Walker,” Sam said.
D shrugged. “‘Sharon’ and ‘Walker’ are both pretty common names.”
“No,” Sam said, calling up both profiles in separate windows for a side-by-side comparison. “It’s the same girl. The same birthdate, same age, same height, weight, hair color, eye color- look, there’s even the same litrato on her profile. Lives at the same address, in Iola, Kansas, and both attended the local juco- Allen Community College. Both graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.”
Dean furrowed his brow. “What the hell…?”
“One major exception,” Sam said. “Uh, no… actually, there’s several. The Sharon Walker we know is shy and reclusive, has very few friends, usually doesn’t go out much, but studies hard and got a 4.0.”
“Sounds like a geek,” Dean said, smirking. “Just your kind of girl, huh, Sammy?”
“The other one’s madami your type, Dean,” Sam said, a grin crossing his face. “Party girl, lots of friends, stays out all night, drinks too much, and barely graduated with a 2.1.”
Dean’s smug grin slowly faded.
“So the two girls were radically different,” Samantha observed. “One of them must be from our world. But what happened to make them so different?”
Sam raised his eyebrows as he scrolled down on the bista sa tagiliran for the Sharon from his world. “Oh, wow. Yeah, there’s a major change here. Sounds like our Sharon had a pretty bad life. Her father, Richard, died August 19 of last year. Sharon was actually glad for his death, saying that he had molested her when she was a child, and continuously beat her and her mother until the araw he died.”
Samantha gasped, “Oh, my God…”
“Poor girl,” D whispered.
“August 23,” Sam continued, “Emily Walker died. Sharon again seemed glad, and even sinabi she felt free now that both her parents were gone. Oh… Emily was Sharon’s stepmother who adopted her in our world. In this one, Emily was her biological mother.”
“Does it say how Sharon’s real mother died?’’ asked D.
“Yeah, in a car wreck,” Sam answered. “Ten car pile-up.”
D breathed a sigh of relief. “Well, at least we’re not dealing with another Max Miller.”
“How did our Sharon die?” asked Dean, his possessiveness extending into his paglalarawan of his and Sam’s tahanan world and all its natives.
“Suicide,” Sam said. “Stabbed herself in the heart.”
“When was this?” asked Dean.
Sam scrolled down. “Ah… August 24 of last year, estimated around ten o’clock in the morning.” He caught what Dean was getting at, and the two of them exchanged worried looks.
Samantha also picked up on it and looked up at the clock. “That’s less than an oras from now.”
D looked back and forth between the other three. “Okay, what am I missing here?”
“Look at these dates,” Samantha said. “August 19, August 23…”
D nodded in acknowledgement. “Right, yeah, it’s the same for both Sharons. It’s like the ghost is mimicking last year’s murders. You know, like that James Spader movie about the serial killer that imitated Jack the Ripper.”
Samantha nodded. “Yeah, all the murders were the same times, same dates, even the same types of girls.”
“Except in this case,” D said, “she’s reenacting her own murders.”
“Yeah,” Dean said, “but what I want to know is, why? I mean, Sharon- this Sharon-” He jerked his thumb over his shoulder towards the other hotel room where Sharon was. “-Had a happy life. What, is the ghost just jealous?”
Sam shrugged. “Maybe.”
“Hey, Sam,” Dean said, a new disturbing tanong filling his head, “how did you manage to get both profiles, anyway?”
Sam looked even madami mystified than Dean. He hadn’t even stopped to ask himself this question. “I just did a paghahanap for Sharon Walker and found both of them.”
Samantha reached for the laptop. “Let me look something up, just for a sec, okay?”

Samantha ran a paghahanap for “Sam Winchester,” then another paghahanap for “Dean Winchester.” She stared at the screen in shock. When she looked up at Sam, his eyes were as wide as hers, and his mouth hung open just as far. “I don’t believe it,” Samantha said.
“Yeah, well, I don’t believe any of this,” D piped up. She was sitting on her bed.
“Could you be a little madami specific?” Dean asked Samantha.
“Your profiles are in the system,” Samantha said, “along with my bista sa tagiliran and D’s.”
D and Dean both just stared. “What… the… hell?”
“I don’t…” Samantha began, “it…” She shook her head, completely confused.
“I think…” Sam began. He squinted at the screen. “I think… maybe-”

“We’re sitting in the doorway between the two worlds.”
