although if Dean said yes to Michael now, he could kill Lucifer before Sam says yes .. >< I don't really understand why he doesn't do that especially now that he knows that Michael won't turn him into a drooling mess, unless he's afraid that if HE says yes, Sam will.

I really don't want to believe it but I really think that it might end like that. Dean or Sam saying yes. I don't know why but I believe Dean will say yes first (If it did actually happen. still thinking positive!)

If Dean says yes to Michael then he'd be admitting that there's no such thing as free will and that he believes that Sam will say yes to Lucifer. And Michael's plan is to kill Lucifer!Sam- not Lucifer!Nick. So if he got control of Dean's body, he'd make sure that Sam said yes. Michael's real big on The Plan it seems like.

It ticks me off that he gave this whole speech to Dean about how all of his choices have led him towards his destiny- but that's not true. Dean and Sam were willing to be unborn in order stop their destiny and if Michael hadn't interfered their choices would have changed everything. Sure Mary was already pregnant- but just with Dean- if she left John and never had Sam things would be different. Michael's full of bull.

I'm team 'Pretty much whatever Dean feels is best'. :P

Im team free will! But the deep darker side of me wants to see them both say yes and battle.! :S But that’s only a small part of me – apart from that I want them to both be ok!

While I love Dean and all that he fights for, I gotta go with Micheal some things he said made since. I mean it is starting to seem that no matter what Dean and Sam's lives were planned from the very beginning.
