Anyway .. no, I don't think so :) I think Cas has been awesome and BAMFy and LOLzy this season.

I second that, he's just going through alot with his faith and getting closer to Dean and Sam, and becoming more human in the process. I love funny!Cas. <3

I love this season and Castiel is my favorite character. However, Castiel IN this season I've been disappointed with. I think the writer's have completely forgotten about his personailty and depth and he's being seriously under-utilized dramatically.

I know what you mean but I don't think so, especially in the last few eps were he's been kinda gutted about god!

I like him much more this season than last and I think the direction they've chosen to taken him in is appropriate and makes sense. He's a fish out of water...and that's funny. It would be strange if it wasn't funny. lol

Castiel is just trying to adjust I suppose because he's becoming more human. He gets confused and it's adorable and hilarious.

I think he has been great this season. Dean is out of sorts and not as funny so someone has to take up the slake. Also it was getting old that Cas hadn't broken yet about his father abanding him. It makes him a little more human like.

He has his funny moments which I need in this sea of angst which has been the show lately. Every episode has been so heartbreaking these past few weeks and I need Cas's little one liners to keep from crying. Plus he still has his serious moments like when he realized God didn't care about them, that was really sad. I think he's just grown as a character and becoming more human. I adore this season's Cas.

I was never the biggest fan of Cas, and I still am not. I do however find his awkwardness way adorkable and cute. And I agree with fanfly. His character is better and "makes more sense" this season, too.

I like his funny moments, but Idk. Sometimes it might get a little too much? Or I might just think so because I'm sad that people prefer him over the boys after he hasn't even been there regularly for two seasons ;/

... It shows how socially retarded cas is ,, and that's why we love him + supernatural has always had a bit of a sub-genre; comedy - it wouldn't be supernatural without it =) your dealing with the end of the world ; heaven and hell ... You need SOME sort of comic relief!!!

Ok, Cas is officially back as of kicking Dean's ass.
