We get two questions for Dean's kids' names and only one for Sam's? What a jip! But he loves Dean, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gave his child a name with Dean in it. I could see him naming a daughter after Mary or Jessica, tho.

My head canon would be that he'd middle name a daughter Mary or some variant of the name, and a son John or some variant of that name. I think he'd only use the name Dean/Deanna if Dean was dead at the time the child was born.

But I also think Dean would name a child after his parents, so it might come down to which of the brothers has a child (and has a say in the child's name) first.
