In my opinion, since Taylor played Jenny on Gossip Girl, in the segundo season(when Jenny becomes "bad asno & rebel", Taylor sort of changes as well).

Well,Taylor's "attitude" is mostly thought of as immature for her age. But if anyone hasn't realized,
she is fucking sixteen(nearly seventeen in July). & most girls around that age dress the same, she's not trying to look older than her age, shes just dressing in clothes that she likes, & everyone gives her the shits about looking like a slut etc etc, but what about Miley Cyrus?
