I tend to watch more shows off the air, than on the air. For shows currently on, I only really watch four.

I do some things on the air but I'm usually going to completed shows or atleast the newest season on DVD. I like to have a supply, I hate going a full week.

Right now I watch The Office, Desperate Housewives, Arrested Development, and on occasion, 30 Rock.

I am pretty much split 50/50

A lot of the shows I watch are still on the air, but are heavily ran in syndication.

It's a pretty close race, but I think there are a few more on air than off.

Its about even but I think I watch more of Buffy, Angel and Firefly than anything else apart from Supernatural.

I watch a lot of the King of Queens, which is a great show, and a few others on TBS like Yes Dear, ad occasionally Friends. For shows on the air, I watch....The Office...Which is really it.

Off Air: Friends, Gilmore Girls, Alias, Charmed, Lois and Clark and sometimes Dirt and Studio 60

On Air: Dsperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, House, Pushing daisies, HIMYM, Samantha Who?, Gossip Girl and I started Brothers and Sisters yesterday

It's Basically 50/50.

That 70's Show, Dawson's Creek, The OC, Boy Meets World, Malcolm in the Middle, Friends, Freaks & Geeks, Gilmore Girls, etc.

On Air: NCIS, Fringe, Bones, Flashpoint, How I Met Your Mother, Leverage, Psych, Rookie Blue, Rizzoli and Isles, Saving Hope, Suits, TBBT, White Collar

Off Air: Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Sanctuary, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Chuck, Dark Angel, The X Files, Ally McBeal, Angel, BSG, Diagnosis Murder, Farscape, Firefly

So it's about equal, I'd say.

On Air there really are a couple shows on Freeform l watch like Shadowhunters and The Bold Type,also PLL but that finished...Some shows I watch aren't on TV anymore like Degrassi and Vampire Diaries also there are shows that are on TV but aren't really on air and I watch them a lot like Boy Meets World,Fresh Prince,That's So Raven.
