Wordartist Whoops! I missed 23 - 41, so those are the OP's answers. Can't figure out how to edit and update, so here are my answers for 23 - 23. Did you have a Cabbage Patch Kid? No. I was supposed to get one for my eighth birthday, but by then the craze was at its height (1984)and parents were waiting outside stores in long lines at 5 AM to try to get them. They were also costing upwards of $100 because they were so hard to get (at least where I lived) - a far cry from the original $25 - $30 price tag. 24. Madonna or Cyndi Lauper? I was a Madonna wannabe in 1985. Wouldn't leave the house without wrist to elbow jelly bracelets, my layered chains and necklaces, and a piece of lace tied in my hair. Sometimes tried to sneak out with makeup, too, but at age 9 I was usually caught and sent back in to wash my face. (Who says the whole "tween" thing is new!) 25. Night Court or Cosby Show? Gotta agree with the OP - both were great shows. 26. Did you watch Miami Vice? Sometimes. I remember that my aunt had a huge crush on Don Johnson. 27. Tight Roll your pants or Parachute Pants? Tight roll. Like the OP, I also had numerous pairs of stirrup pants. In middle school (late 80s), skorts and stretch pants or bicycle shorts with miniskirts were also popular. 28. Did you own a Trapper Keeper? Several over the years. Used to get a new one every September for the start of the new school year. 29. Atari or Comadore 64? My mother held out on video games forever. Refused to buy an Atari and wouldn't even get me the little Pac Man minature arcade game which I wanted very badly. We didn't get a video game system until 1988, when my father finally bought a Nintendo for my brother's tenth birthday. By that point, I was already in 7th grade. I loved and still love the original Super Mario Bros and Zelda. 30. Did you play Pac-Man? At Chuck E Cheese and Showbiz pizza, yes. 31. Which was better: the Goonies or Stand By Me? Both. boytoy_84 I was born in 1984. I was 5 in 1989. I loved new kids on the block, I liked both Feldman and Haim. I had plenty of Cabbage Pal kids when I was little. I like Cyndi Lauper playing on the goonies movie. I still have my Fievel doll from An american tail movie when I was 4 but I lost his clothes years ago. I did play Pac-Man when I was young. I was scared of the lost boys, well, the scene when Dwayne laughed out, "You missed sucker!" I always closed my eyes, I'm not scared of that anymore. And I used to watch Honey I shrunk the kids and Who framed Roger Rabbit. It brings back memories. :)
