Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

‘Avengers 2′ Ultron Poster: Meet Marvel’s Bad Robot
is a classic foe going back many years in Marvel Comics history. However, in Joss Whedon’s sequel to his game-changing team-up film, Ultron is getting a new origin story, and will be brought to life onscreen by
Aside from incorporating Spader’s mannerisms or capturing the comic book essence of the character, we know that Ultron will get upgrades to his physical form in the movie – at least three that we’ve counted so far. Today’s new
poster both compliments the recent line of character posters from the film and shows off at least one of Ultron’s forms.
Check out the latest Avengers 2 character poster that Marvel put out:
The body we see here seems to be the middle version of Ultron’s upgrades – or at least one of the middling ones (if there are more than three versions). The first version will presumably be the Iron Man armor look, when Ultron is a rogue program in one of the armor drones Tony Stark is allegedly using to police the world.
The second body is presumably what we see above, when Ultron becomes independent of his creators; the third (and most advanced) version we know of will be “Ultron Prime,” which trailers have indicated will build connections to the Black Panther movie, by having Ultron’s final body made of vibranium, the Marvel metal used in Captain America’s shield – which hails from Black Panther’s African homeland of Wakanda.
Ultron has had many upgrades and re-designs during his long history in the comics, and both the secondary and prime forms of the villain in the movie carry signatures of those comic book roots. Yes, Ultron’s powers and origin may be tweaked for the MCU continuity, but the villain seems to be intact in spirit (and in Spader’s portrayal) – something that Joss Whedon felt was easy enough to do:
You know, he was an angry robot. Angry all the time! That’s one of the things that drew me to him – this guy’s angry! Angry for like 50 years! You know, they reinvented him in Ultimates and stuff. At one point he was a beautiful woman… I’m not doing that one! I loved him when I read the comics as a kid, because of the scope and the sci-fi and what the team was going through, but I never looked to Ultron himself in the comics for why I love Ultron. I had an idea that I sort of extrapolated from that, so in that way he’s sort of a new guy. But he’s been a tricky one to nail down.
We’ll get to see the full evolution of Ultron onscreen; for now, check out the rest of the
Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill and Stellan Skarsgård as Erik Selvig, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.

Funny how Hulk is the only one ripped straight from the poster. Guess they didn’t feel like creating a new rendering of him for the poster
What happened to the Ultron from the Entertainment Weekly cover? The Ultron Drone with the red eyes version? Also the middle one and Ultron Prime don’t look that different.
I think the red eyes ones (where Ultron looked kind of like the Destroyer) may be the middle phase. The one in this poster looks exactly like ‘Ultron Prime’ to me.
I whish they had the red mouth thing from the comics. This is cool though.
I absolutely adore the detail on Ultron Prime, but it nags me really much that they didn’t give ultron the creepy red open mouth…it makes him infinitely scary….ah.
I agree. I really like the design of Ultron in the comics. Scary. Still don’t know what form Ultron is in, that Entertainment Weekly cover.
(I love the posters — a part of me wishes that it was like the Days of Future Past posters where they all lined up to make one big image, but honestly that’s kind unnecessary unless they cover the entire room in one big Avengers-sized series of posters or something at the theatre)
“Nah. He won’t mind. Or maybe he will but he’s already pissed off at everything ever, so it won’t matter much”
I always liked the Ultron that had the more slendor head, but this one is still cool. So excited plus I love Marvel end credits!
Looks like Ultron Prime is wearing a pair of bluetooths for each ear. I can dig that
That’s how Ultron’s jowls have always looked. Go look up any comic book picture of him ever.
So far from reading everything out, one of the characters are possibly going to die.
It’s Quick Silver. That is why we see Scarlet screaming on her knees.
yeah im getting that feeling, if it is him, i bet the success of dofp quicksilver changed their plans
Aaron Tyler-Johnson (Quicksilver) has often stated in interviews how he dislikes making sequels and franchise movies, get what you will from that.
that would really really really suck
So far everything I have read says Aaron Taylor Johnson has a multi picture deal. He can’t die. Unless he was lying about the deal or all other movies will have him in flashbacks
A multi-picture contract doesn’t automatically mean an actor does them all, it’s just that if the studio needs them for more appearances, then they must do it.
First I wish I got (potential spoilers) from your comments, because I try not to read too too much about what will happen. But that said Quicksilver can travel through time too right.. So why not kill him now lol. Or you can just keep it as its always been that nobody actually dies in Marvel comics. So maybe it just seems like he does but he time travels instead. Either way I wont totally by the end of MCU Quicksilver. Its such a great character killing him off would be a mistake, plus I wont say I hated the DOFP QS but I definetely didnt like him!
so hulk is going to have to save the day cause non of the other avengers can scratch Ultron once he reaches Ultron Prime form, hope hulk goes all Savage on Him
1. Must stink to be Mark Ruffalo with no poster. IMO, a Bruce Banner with his back to the Hulk or somehow a “transformation” poster would look better anyway – and give him his “due publicity”.
2. Elizabeth Olsen looks almost unrecognizable in her poster. The rest of them are spot-on, but her … if I didn’t know it was her, I never would have guessed.
3. Of all the promo posters, I can’t wait to see The Vision the most. I’m guessing now that we’ve seen Ultron it’s only a matter of time. Here’s to hoping anyway.
Several of the Avengers posters above have the BIG “A” right by their butts…is that supposed to stand for something?
In the meantime, i can’t wait to see all the Ultrons up on the big screen, with the Tin Woodsman from Oz doing a photo-bomb grin in the background!
So is that Ultrons secret evil lair in the background of his poster? Or where do you suppose he is? And also, if it is his secret evil lair, what does he need a secret evil lair for? And where did he get all the stuff thats there too??
When did Black Widow get a lame Tron makeover?
