AVENGERS HEROES: "GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY" (2014) Review

Most of the films featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been set on Earth - mainly in the United States - and featured human characters. There have been exceptions - namely the two "THOR" pelikula that were partially set in the realm of Asgard and 2012's "THE AVENGERS", which featured an alien invasion. For the first time, the MCU released a movie mainly set in worlds other than Earth. And it is called "GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY".

Directed sa pamamagitan ng James Gunn, who wrote the film with Nicole Perlman, "GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY" told the story...

 Blade Banner
Blade Banner
Hello...
I'm Blade Banner.
I'm 23.
I have dark brown waist length hair, dark brown eyes, and very pale skin.
My height is 4'11''
Don't mess with me.
I have a demon lobo named Senka.
She is about the size of a small horse.
And she will kill with no mercy on my command.
I am a lawyer.
At Banner Law Firm.
Melanie Carter is my assistant.
She has white-blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and tan skin.
She's 17.
Yes, I know what you're thinking, but here's the story.
I was walking down the street. I needed to look through the job applications for my assistant at my new law firm. Low and behold, I saw a homeless girl...

AVENGERS HEROES: "THE INCREDIBLE HULK" (2008) Review

When I first heard that another movie based upon the Marvel Comics character – Bruce Banner/the Hulk – would hit the theaters soon, the word in both Hollywood and on the Internet was that it would be better than the 2003 film directed sa pamamagitan ng Ang Lee, namely "THE HULK". Well, I have finally seen "THE INCREDIBLE HULK". Below is what I think of the film and whether I believe if it has surpassed the 2003 movie.

The first film that starred Eric Bana as Bruce Banner ended with the main character in South America, providing medical services to impoverished...

"THE HULK" (2003) Review

Poor Ang Lee. His 2003 adaptation of the Marvel Comics character, Bruce Banner aka the Hulk, has been the target of hostility and contempt from comic book fans for the past six-to-seven years. After Universal Pictures had released Louis Leterrier’s adaptation back in 2008, many had declared his film superior to Lee’s movie. But after recently viewing the 2003 movie, I do not believe I can agree with their assessment. Mind you, I am not claiming that Lee’s film was better than Leterrier’s. The 2008 film possessed certain aspects that Lee’s movie lacked. But...

Chapter 4 Nikki
I struggled as my brother was circled around mortals armed “No! Let him alone!” The mortal Agent burol had the device in her hands from earlier. She pressed the trigger and that noise started again. It probably wasn’t going to me but it was still affecting me a little bit because it was affecting Loki. We feel every others pain, we’re twins. My body was in pain again. Then I saw the mortal Shield military being thrown to the pader and Agent burol held in the air sa pamamagitan ng my older cousin Nikki’s using her telekinesis powers. Nikki was wearing a long sleeved black dyaket that...

HOW IRON MAN RUINED "CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR" FOR ME

I am so disappointed with Marvel. And I am especially disappointed with its latest entry for the Marvel Cinematic Universe - namely "CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR". I never thought I would be so disappointed with a Captain America film, considering how much I loved "CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER" and especially "CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER".

As for "CIVIL WAR", I found it disappointing. Worse, I left the movie theater feeling unusually angry. And a great deal of my anger was focused on Tony Stark aka Iron Man’s role as the movie’s...

AVENGERS HEROES: "CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR" (2016) Review

One of the madami popular story lines to emerge from Marvel Comics was the 2006 story called "Civil War" in which many comic book characters from the company's franchise battled over a new law designed to have superpowered individuals act under Federal regulation. Kevin Fiege and Marvel Films decided to adapt this story line for the final film in their Captain America trilogy.

"CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR" features some differences from the Marvel Comics comic series. The latter featured the Superhuman Registration Act, which would force...

AVENGERS HEROES: "ANT-MAN" (2015) Review

When Marvel Studios first announced that its new movie about the comic book hero, Ant-Man would be the end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) segundo stage, I found myself scratching my head. Why would a solo effort like "ANT-MAN" served as the end of Stage Two? Why not the epic "THE AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON", which had been released two-and-a-half weeks earlier?

Needless to say, I had no idea what was going through the mind of MCU ipakita runner, Kevin Fiege. So, I sat back and watched how he and the filmmakers for "ANT-MAN" would handle this. And I must...
