How do you think Amy will react when she finds out that Adrian is having Ben's baby?

I'm assuming she will be really upset and mad and probably not wanna be with Ben anymore

I think that Amy will feel betrayed sa pamamagitan ng Ben and Adrian. She probably will want nothing to do with either one of them. She is also going to be mad because everyone else knew about the situation before her. Also, she will feel some sort of guilt because she wasn't there for Ben and that is why he cheated.
