The Simpson family first appeared in 1988 on the Tracy Ullman show. The creator Matt Groening and the producer James .L. Brooks turned the Simpson's into a full half oras show, which premiered on soro network in December 1989. The Simpson's was a hit from the start and still is 20 years on(It is the longest running prime-time cartoon). The ipakita has had many guests which have included Christina Ricci, Ringo Starr, Stephen Hawking, Hank Azaria, Kelsey Grammer, Phil Hartman and Conan O'Brien.
The Simpson family includes Homer - The serbesa and donut loving father. Marge - The hard working, cleaning loving religious mother. Bart - the mischievous skateboarding fourth grader. Lisa - The saxophone playing, super smart segundo grader, and finally Maggie - the youngest of the children, she's like Peter Pan, for 20 years she has been the cute non talking Simpson baby. That's the whole Simpson family. They all have very different personalities.

These characters have all brought something unique to the show. For over 20 years the Simpson's have been turning up on our screens and entertaining us.
The Simpson's started with 5 yellow people, but know they are much more, they have even starred in their own movie.
