Which one should I get first?

I was thinking of getting Sims 2 unibersidad and Open for Business, but I just dont know which one to get first!
Tell me which one you think I should buy before the other and why. Please and Thank You! :)

PS: I already have Nightlife and Seasons and I'm getting Pets for sure before both of these.

But you should get any of them. Open for Business is great too. It's like, you get to open your own business. Sell stuff for a profit. ^^

Plus, OFB is an stuff pack. Right? unibersidad is an expansion pack. You might want the expansion pack first.
