She wants to be loved so desperately that she runs toward any sign of anyone's interest in her.... And over & over she finds out noone cares. How could she not be insecure? I really feel sorry for her...

i think both klaus and rebekah run a close second to each other being insecure out of the whole siblings....
Klaus- for what both of his parents' actions against him and how the whole nature vs nurture comes into mind here as well...if Esther and Mikeal would have just be honest with each other and Mikeal not taking out his anger, frustation out on klaus instead of building a positive relationship with klaus....but thinking of the time period that they were living in and obivously different parental views of raising their kids, Mikeal defiantly had the strict, authoritian approach - yes it protected the family from the werewolves, but in the long run? theres no trust, love between klaus and his parents which in turn hardened klaus and make him seek to build a "new family" with hybrids and not trusting anyone....

Rebekah- like what PPPopopipop took the words right outta my mouth! lol i really hope theres some good heading her way in TVD season 4....is it so wrong that i want Rebekah and matt to pair up?? LOL
