Actually if she gets killed Elena won't die because that was just a spell that connected them together so whatever happned to katherine would happen to elena,but Lucy removed the spell so elena won't die if katherine does die.

I hope katherine will not be killed off. Being that the show is surrounded by her and she is useful, But you never know. What I mean not to offend anyone is that she could help out with situations she is over 500 years old and knows stuff. She could explain alot to Elena.
