Rosalina Point of View
The susunod morning when I woke up I stumbled into the kitchen. Everyone else was there but Kristina and Sapphire. “Hey where’s Sapphire and Kristina?” I asked curiously grabbing a glass and poured gatas into it.
“Kristina’s still asleep.” hasmin sinabi uninterestedly pushing pass me with a bowl of what looked like cereal. “And I believe Sapphire’s down stairs, but I don’t really know, nor do I care.” hasmin continued. I sighed angrily and put down the glass with force.
“Thanks for nothing.” I hissed through me teeth as I walked pass her and pushed open the door of the apartment slamming it behind me. I walked quickly down the narrow hall and turned the corner to find the silver elevators. I impatiently pushed the down button and waited for the doors the slide open, when they doors slide open I quickly steeped into them. After another ding I was in the lobby. I scanned the room for Sapphire but didn’t see her anywhere. I sighed with frustration, knowing her she was probably causing trouble. I sighed, knowing there was nothing I could do. Suddenly I caught sight of a girl with hawk like eyes.
“Skippy!” I called out and her head swung towards me. She broke out into a smile and casually walked towards me.
“I was about to go get breakfast at a local diner, wanna come?” She asked stuffing her hands into her pockets. I smiled and looked down to indicate the fact that I was still wearing PJs.
“Sure, first let me change though.” I said. We received a few weird looks in the elevator; I figured they were just staring at my PJ or my eyes and hair. I drove me insane they fact that no one here had ever seen kulay-rosas eyes. I felt bad for people like Charlotte, she had purple eyes. Then there were people like Julie, who had blue hair. The people on earth are just so inconsiderate. We stepped off the elevator and hurried down the hall until we reached the room 27. “Aw man.” I sighed, remembering I didn’t have a key. I knocked on the door. It took a while but Elle eventually came to the door.
I smiled and walked in. I hurried off to my room, quickly changing, and then ran back out. Just then Kristina slowly walked in looking extremely tired, like she didn’t sleep in till 11’o clock. “Who went grocery shopping?” She questioned yawning and looking around.
“We did.” I sinabi gesturing to Sapphire and myself. She nodded but didn’t say anything else. We turned to leave but were stopped sa pamamagitan ng Jasmine.
“Now that we’re all here and awake, it’s time to talk about getting a job.” She started and I swear all 22 of us groaned unhappily. “We need to make money somehow, this apartment isn’t cheap. So, that means everyone has to get a job.”

“Does that mean you too?” I countered. I really didn’t want to get a job. hasmin smiled smugly.
“I already have a job.” She sinabi still smiling.
“Yea, well, don’t you know it’s against the law for any child under 16 to work?” I questioned. “That means that Lilly, Kristina and I don’t have to have a job.” I sinabi smiling but she just laughed.
“This is New York; I guarantee you that at least one place will want to hire you. And even if they don’t all of you can pass as 16 taon olds.” hasmin sinabi eyeing me. I huffed and rolled my eyes but I didn’t say anything else. I sat down on the sopa and tuned out Jasmine’s lecture.
When she was done, we split into groups of three and went job hunting, which wasn’t easy. I guess Earth people automatically get a bad feeling about me, because no one was willing to hire me. Rose and Glitter were able to find jobs fairly easily. Rose got a job in an old time clock place and Glitter got a job at a museum.
We walked quickly down the busy streets of New York. As we rounded the corner we bumped into a group of girls. I fell to the ground and rubbed my head, looking up. I rolled my eyes. Of course it was Kristina, Jasmine, Charlotte, and Violet. Kristina glared at me and I returned the stare pushing to my feet.
“So did you guys find jobs?” Glitter asked stuffing her hands into her amerikana pockets. Glitter was wearing a pair of light blue jeans with a white over stuffed coat. Her long brown hair was pulled up into a loose ponytail. Rose was wearing dark grey sweat pants with a blue coat. I was wearing a pair of long black pants with a red light coat, which was probably stupid because of the weather, with me red combat boots. hasmin was wearing a pair of long jeans and a black coat. Kristina was wearing a pair of dark skinny jeans with a purple hoodie and a leather dyaket over it and knee high boots. kulay-lila was wearing a pair of light jeans and a colorful amerikana that made me what to vomit. charlotte was wearing a pair of white skinny jeans with a kulay-rosas trench amerikana and black high heel boots.
“Yea actually we did.” charlotte answered smiling. I rolled my eyes. Of course everyone found jobs but me.
“Where do you guys work?” Glitter asked curiously. I looked at them awaiting their answer.
“Well, I work at an Art Studio.” kulay-lila sinabi smiling. I figured as much judging sa pamamagitan ng her colorful coat. “Charlotte got a job at an indoor pool working as a life guard and Kristina got a job at a mattress store.”

Sapphire began to laugh when kulay-lila sinabi mattress store. I wanted to laugh but didn’t when I saw the death glare Kristina was giving her. “Where did you guys get jobs?” She questioned still glaring.
“Well, I got a job at a museum and Rose got a job at an old clock place.” I sinabi smiling unsurely. Before anyone could retort Lilly and Julie rounded the corner and stopped when they saw us. Lilly was wearing a light yellow amerikana with blue jeans and her hair was piled on tuktok o her head. Julie was wearing a white amerikana and long jet black jeans.
“Hey guys.” They sinabi madami to Jasmine, Kristina, kulay-lila and charlotte then to us but I shrugged that off.
“Hey.” kulay-lila sinabi smiling. “Did you two find jobs?” Julie and Lilly smiled excitedly.
“Yup!” Lilly sinabi happily. “I got a job at a lamp warehouse and Julie got a job at a match maker place.” I smiled at that, it looked like Julie had the only good job.
“Well I’m glad one of us got a good job.” Kristina sinabi pagbaba my thought exactly. I nodded in agreement. Suddenly yet another group came around. I was starting to wonder if this was a meeting place we weren’t aware of.
This group contained James, Jett, Paul, and Johnny. I smiled and asked, “Did you guys find jobs?”
James nodded but he didn’t look to happy about it. I waited for him to tell us about them but he didn’t. Suddenly Elle, Megan, and Brook rounded the corner. hasmin sighed, probably thinking we were attracting too much attention. “Hey.” I sinabi smiling at them. Elle was wearing a seaweed coloured dyaket and light blue sweats. Megan was wearing a light kulay-rosas dyaket and blue jeans. Brook was wearing dark green dyaket and light jeans.
“We found jobs!” They announced smiling. “I’m going to be the weathergirl!” Elle continued smiling brightly. “Brook got a job at an art gallery and Megan got a job at as a assistant to an Astronomer!”
“That’s great!” I sinabi returning her excitement. Bryan, Blake, Colton, Michael, Connor, Luke and Tyler showed up and hasmin threw her hands in the air.
“What part of ‘traveling in a big group will attract a lot of attention’ don’t you guys understand?” She asked glancing around as if everyone was starring at us, which in her defense a lot of people were.
“Relax; we’re not attracting that much attention.” Kristina sinabi with ease glancing around.

hasmin glanced at her unconvinced but before she could say anything a black ball came hurdling down right in between Kristina and Jasmine. Kristina and hasmin jumped back from each other. Everyone’s heads whipped up searching for who threw the black ball. Brook found him; standing across from us stood a man. He was tall and had on a long black hair. He had a red and black dyaket on and long black pants. “Split up! There’s too many witness here! Met up in the alley behind the Apartment Building!” Kristina yelled and a fourth of us ran north, the others ran south west and east.
I tired to make everyone's job relevent to their power!
