i think depending on what they did.
if the winx had just tried to aggravate her, like Stella insulting her hair or something like that. it would have been swift and then humiliating (mira would have probably cut all of Stella hair of)
but if they had threatened fairy tail in any way, Mirajane would have dragging out the battle and made it as painful as possible.

Tecna would just delete Mirajane off the face of the universe.

its a good point musa_magic but that would involve the her being alive. mira is to quite smart she can go rage monster or a crafty planer. but something like deleting people? one: it would take so time, two: i dout it would work on the living or its LB (law beaker) which means practically making themselves god. but again on the other hand mira recently has forced her self to absorb the commanded magic, which means she could have the winx kill each other with a few words-(but we dont know if it will stay yet)

Tecna is extremely smart and could outwit Mirajane. Flora could slip a poisonous potion into Mirajane's food. Two of the Winx are very smart and one of the Winx is a genius. They could think up a master plan to defeat Mirajane.

its because i typing between class and who cares is pigeon grammar, although i will agree some of it is really bad....
any way! yes fairy dust might do it but an FYI dark doesn't always mean bad, and Mira's magic doesn't need dark magic work it comes from her adsorbing demon particles when she was thirteen and is classed as a dark takeover and so forth would not be effected by the dust. further more Mira unlike the Winx can defeat monsters and other villains without magic. In her fight with freed mira had be unable to use her magic for nearly 2 years but in short wasted him and a lot of it was hand to hand combat which is something the winx have never had to deal with. and fairy tail is amazing your firend has good taste =)

Musa is a character, while muse means someone or something that is the source of inspiration for someone. I chose my username to be Musa_Music because I like Musa. Anyways, fairy dust can cancel out any type of dark magic, whether it's good or bad dark magic. Just because Mirajane chooses to fight the Winx without magic doesn't mean the Winx won't use magic.
