In the movie "The santa clause", 1st bathroom scene when he tries to shave there is a picture of 3 guys in a boat. Is this a REAL picture of Tim Allen (in the middle I think) and his friends?

Can ANYONE explain why there’s a picture of 3 guys in a canoe/boat on the bathroom counter in the Santa Claus movie with Tim Allen? Is it a remembrance to someone or a special araw in a life?
