Shinohara was like a father figure to Juuzou and the only way Juuzou x Eto could happen is if Juuzou was to become a half ghoul and join the ghoul side. If that were to happen and they formed a bond, then I'd probably ship them. However as things are now.....nope!

Shinohara has a wife and was a father figure towards Juuzou. I would hardcore ship Eto x Juuzou IF Juuzou was turned into a badass half ghoul and Eto's affections shifted from Kaneki to Juuzou. However as long as Juuzou stays on the CCG side and stays human, this ship will never sail.

Shinohara is like a father to him, Kurona hates him for killing Nashiro and Eto never interracted with him much. I don't ship him with any but I do somewhat like the idea of him and Eto.
