I am
Shocked.
Seeing how amazing she is,
Seeing how she can truly
Change my life.

She is a very inspiring person.

And how determination and tolerance
Are the keys to success.

You may laugh all you want at me,
As others do.
But nothing will shake my feeling
Of this particular friend.

Now,
Up to this point,

Well, partly.

The "inspiring person" I am referring to
Is not a girlfriend of mine
And it never will be,
Because I am a girl, you see.

This person
I call an influential person
Is my teacher.
Shocked yet?

Well,
All this year
I have been afraid of her.
Cowering in the shadows.
I did not enjoy that feeling,
Believe me.

That feeling of cowardice
Has been slowly receding
As the taon went by,
Like the waves of the blue ocean.

Now I see her as
A true friend and mentor,
As she has been everything
I am in this life.

My teacher has changed my life.
Completely, entirely.
I feel like I cannot ever repay her
For what she has done for me.
The effect is ever-lasting.

All I can say for now,
Is thank you.
Thank you for all you have done for me.

Will never be erased.
