Chapter Seven
It was Friday night and Mason Montgomery was hosting the biggest party of the taon maybe of the century. Everyone who helped with his movie was invited so of course the paparazzi just had to be there to see it. Mason was excited to see be hosting it. This is could most likely help with his movie and maybe even boast his career if that was even possible. There was something a little depressing about the party. Through the entire thing he would be able to see Olivia and he just didn't think he could handle seeing here especially with that image still engraved in his mind.
Cassidy had decorated the whole thing. She used his credit card though. She wouldn't say how much it cost but he could tell if probably cost millions. She had decorated the entire mansion and made every inch of it extraordinary. She sinabi after everyone was gone she would give him a surprise.
Olivia had gotten dressed super early. Since it would be formal she wore a spaghetti strap black dress and black high heels. She had her red pitaka that was shaped like a rose. Her strawberry-blonde hair was straight and hung down to her back. Sometimes she wanted to cut it all of. She glanced at her reflection in the mirror. She looked decent to herself but to others they would think she was stunning.
Mason stared at the door. He hoped she would have car troubles or something. He regretted buying her that expensive convertible. She would arrive shortly hopefully after Cassidy. Cassidy needed to make her grand entrance. Olivia would come in and all eyes would be on her instead if Cassidy. Cassidy would try her best to make herself as beautiful and flawless as Olivia but that wish would never come true. Then Mason would have to pretend not to notice Olivia's stunning outfit. He would sneak glances when Cassidy wasn't looking. He needed to get over Olivia. She was in the past not the future but then again what does he know?
The last thing Olivia wanted was to ipakita up at the party in her mom's beat up Sudan. She would most rather take the stylish mapapalitan Mason got her but ipinapakita up with that would raise questions, tanong she would have to reluctantly tell the truth to. Sighing she drove the Sudan but she would definitely park a block away and then walk the remaining way to the party. These heels weren't made for walking but tonight she hoped they would survive.
Parking at the neighbor's house, she trudged towards the place with the music blasting and where are the cars were at. She shaw Cassidy park her green Range Rover and went to the door of Mason's mansion. She had on a long, silk, blue dress with it out opened in the back. She looked stunning but Cassidy was madami worried about out doing Olivia. Her black hair was curled and flipped to one side. Cassidy glanced at Olivia and smirked.
Mason saw how amazing Cassidy looked. He held her hand as she made an entrance. Sadly, Olivia came right after here and all eyes were on Olivia instead of Cassidy even Mason couldn't help but stare at the beauty. It was a simple outfit but it still showed her beauty. Cassidy stomped off. Milo took Olivia's hand and kissed her on the cheek. Flames of rage burst inside Mason but he didn't Utter a word. He simply went to go get something to drink.
After the party really got started, Mason was completely drunk. He just stumbled around commenting on everyone he saw. Most of the comments were not kind. Practically all the comments were rude or repulsive. Since no one would talk to him he decided to go lie down in his bedroom. It had to be the most comfortable place for him to get sober and forget about that ugly strawberry-blonde. Right before he went up the stairs Cassidy was waiting.
"Are you drunk?" she asked astounded. He nodded while holding the bottle in his hands. "Are you insane! We have guest out there honey and the paparazzi definitely can not see you like this. It will be bad for your movie. Come lie down in this room." Cassidy had plans to make sure Olivia stayed out of Mason's life. The susunod thing Mason was going to see would make him so mad that he would apoy Olivia and Cassidy's problems would be solved.
Cassidy helped Mason unlock the room door and they both came inside. Lying in the kama with their clothes still on was Milo and Olivia. They were too busy halik to see the shock on Mason's face or the smirk on Cassidy's face. When Milo noticed them he almost feel off the kama but his bad boy charm quickly replaced the surprise.
"Were you two going to use this room?" He asked smiling.
"Don't worry, we are already done with it." Milo took Olivia's arm and they both left the room. Olivia was too surprised sa pamamagitan ng the intrusion. She held her head down and didn't make eye contact with anyone.
This was all Cassidy's doing. She whispered something about an empty room to Milo and he quickly caught on to the hint. He had to slip Olivia some stronger wine for her to finally agree.
Mason stormed down the stairs. He grabbed the mic. "Guess what everyone!" He screamed. "I have a confession to make." He was still drunk and Cassidy knew this. She hoped he would apoy Olivia in front of everyone. "I am madly in pag-ibig with Olivia Meyers. Come in up Olivia and give your big poppa some sugar!" Everyone made a collective gasp. Cassidy stumped away along with Milo. Olivia followed to get away from Mason and she was a little curious.
Cassidy and Milo went to the upstairs bathroom and shut the door. Olivia could just barely hear what they were saying because the loud screams coming from Mason was blocking their sounds.
"God I hate that girl!" Cassidy shouted.
"Babe don't worry about her," Milo replied
"Did you actually do it with her?" Cassidy asked quietly.
"No but if so it meant nothing. You are my everything. And I mean it."
"I pag-ibig you and I will dump Mason for us," Cassidy said.
"I pag-ibig you too," replied Milo.

We are going separate ways.
We must leave each other,
Though I regret it,
There is nothing either of us
Can do.
We are going separate ways.
The bright light shines in our futures,
For the separate ways we go
Are the best for each of us.
We must leave for the good of it,
Though I don't want to,
And I know you don't either.
But it is important that we do.
It is never easy
Doing what we do the worst,
Leaving each other,
And the thoughts that we are...
Best friends...leaving each other...
We must go our separate ways.
For our own good.
And we pray that one day...
We will meet each other again.
And we will.
We must leave each other,
Though I regret it,
There is nothing either of us
Can do.
We are going separate ways.
The bright light shines in our futures,
For the separate ways we go
Are the best for each of us.

And we will.
On a starry sky
In the moonlight
At midnight
When I think of you
My puso beats faster
For there is no one like you
Who makes my araw perfect
Make my body to go numb
Lose myself
And forever hold that smile on my face
Its true that we are
Now on our separate ways
With the promises aside
That we'll meet again
For again might also mean
The susunod moment
Or maybe never
You may ilipat on
Find your perfect princess
In this imperfect world
But to me
You'll always be
My prince charming
And thus the tanong remains
Should I ilipat on?
Should I forget?
Is this the destiny of my life?
Only time will tell
But until then
You'll hold a fragment of my soul
For my mind wants to ilipat on
But my puso stays persistent
That you'll one araw turn unto me
In the moonlight
At midnight
When I think of you
My puso beats faster
For there is no one like you
Who makes my araw perfect
Make my body to go numb
Lose myself
And forever hold that smile on my face
Its true that we are
