Because of all the character, i think his past is the most interesting one. And who doesn't like a man in a uniform :P hehe.
Also from all the Bampira i feel sorry for him, because he wants to resist human blood but is having trouble with it. With all the other Cullens resisting blood looks like nothing, like a easy thing.
Also his pag-ibig for Alice, it's so sweet and their halik in Eclipse was sooooooooo cute!! :D
You can really see that they would do anything for each other, they're very protective over each other. I noticed in Eclipse that Jasper almost ALWAYS has his eyes on Alice (**,)
