Summit Entertainment announced yesterday that Oscar winner Bill Condon will direct the susunod ‘Twilight’ movie, and possibly the susunod two movies, since the fourth book in the franchise has been divided into two movies. Another big change in ‘Breaking Dawn’ is that the franchise’s writer, Stephanie Meyer, will also step into the producer’s chair.

Bill Condon won an Oscar for Pagsulat ‘Gods and Monsters’ in 1998. He was nominated again for Pagsulat ‘Chicago’ in 2003. He was also nominated for a few awards for his work on ‘Dream Girls.’

“I'm very excited to get the chance to bring the climax of this saga to life on-screen. As fans of the series know, this is a one-of-a-kind book - and we're hoping to create an equally unique cinematic experience,” sinabi Condon in the release statement.
