Why is Twilight liked so much?

Nowadays, ever since the pelikula were made, the answer always seem to consist of who is hotter or how hot the "characters/actors" are. That's what it seems like that's what it's all about. But that's not entirely true.

Those types of fans are the ones who are most outward. And, in result, giving the regular fans, fans who are FOR THE BOOKS, a bad name.

Even though there is something very... appealing about vampires; the "sexy" aspect in seducing and the biting of ones neck. Even though Twilight's Bampira are a different mythology, people have seemed to accept it rather well.

But, before the movies, and solely the books, I think Edward and Bella's pag-ibig appealed to most of the fanbase. His undying devotion towards Bella, I think alot of people yearn for that. We're human, and we desire to be close to someone, close to someone like Bella and Edward are to each other. That's very desired and I think that is one of the main reasons why Twilight is treasured.

Another reason is because of the way the reader feels while pagbaba the books. Alot of people find the characters to be very relatable. The characters are mythical. Their instincts are mythical, but their thoughts... are human. What drives them [the Cullens] to become better than what they are, that desire to be better than what their kind is known for... it's their humanity.

I find that very respectable. Something people in this society should learn from. To not do things to fit other people's criteria. To not forget who you are and the morals that you were taught. To not do what people expect of you. But, to do things that's right... because you want to. I find that endearing.

Well, usually I answer tanong like these sa pamamagitan ng speaking of myself. But I can't necessarily call myself your average Twilighter, so I'll tell you what others have told me or sinabi to others.

1) Some like the fact that the Bampira in Twilight are not like the traditional vampires. They are pleased sa pamamagitan ng the changes of the vampire's traits.

2) They are enchanted sa pamamagitan ng the romance between Bella and Edward.

3) *I can relate to this one* Some of the characters are exceedingly likeable.

4) Some readers can put themselves in Bella's shoes and experience what she experiences throughout the story.

5) The story itself seems different from other stories - a point I am reluctant to agree with though.


6) The fact that Stephenie was able to change from your typical wife and mother to the world's $#1 bestselling may-akda is an inspiration for other young writers. It sends the message that ANYONE can be successful, which is actually a point I adore myself :)

i think everyone likes the twilight saga because it is not ur natural girl is always happy she finds her pag-ibig and they live hapily ever after. the twilight saga has alittle twist to it and people like that i know i do. the twilight saga is one of the best series i have ever read and i really could not find anything like it i was a girl that didnt like pagbaba and the twilight saga books make u want to never put it down

Hey, everyone loves fictional Bampira these days.

I'm not sure exactly, I think much of the reason is simply that Twilight is famous. People don't like to be left out, so they read the books, saw the movies, and allowed themselves to get caught in the river that is Twilight.

Of course, Rob and Taylor both contribute to the fame of Twilight. The characters do as well. People fall in pag-ibig with Edward or Jacob, identify with Bella, smile at the romance of Jasper and Alice or Rose and Emmett.

And Twilight is a classic pag-ibig story. This appeals to many younger girls. Imperfect girl meets boy, boy and girl fall in love, boy and girl eventually get their happily ever after.

There are the Cullens too... A vampire family different from the normal image of bloodsucking vamps. The are a perfectly perfect family.

Plus, the Bampira and mga asong lobo capture people's imaginations. Readers think, "Well, what if?"

it is awsome and alot of people well girls can relate to it. with falling in pag-ibig with a boy then dealing with all of the problems and that kind of stuff.

Twilight is liked so much , because of it's natural appeal to get attention. It's genious texture and is a phenomonal yet beautiful site to explore. Twilight isn't just the center of my world, but Twilight is whom i feel apart of. In a different way , my life connects to the twilight saga: , && it's beauty is treasure within my puso ! . They're not traditional vampires, and it's not a traditional pag-ibig story, either.The "rules", of what Bampira originally are differnt.Instead of melting in the sun, they sparkle.Instead of only coming out at night, they can come out on cloudy, rainy days.The plot is a vampire/love story.And werewolf.It's not just the average vampire story, or the typical pag-ibig story.

And they're pale.They're also supposed to be extremely beautiful, with hard, and cold skin.With red, black, or ginto eyes.That's just what I think, though.
