Either Rosalie's point of view- it would reveal a lot about her life and personality or Alice's- it would be funny and reveal madami about her character. Carlisle's point of view wouldn't be bad either and you'd learn madami about him and his earlier vampire life and his pagtatalo wioth himself whether or not to change Edward.
