MTV Movie Awards

So once again Twilight-specifically Eclipse-wins everything they're nominated for at the MTV Movie Awards. What do you think about that? Do they deserve it? Do you think Robert Pattinson deserved "Best Male Preformance" or that Kristen Stewart deserved "Best Female Preformance" or any and every other thing? (Personally I think they deserved everything they got!) So comment and let me know your thoughts! :)

i believe they didn't deserve to win every single award because the majority of voters didn't want them to win. now i didn't say majority of votes, but voters. because what happened was is that a ton of rabid twilight fans spent hours and hours reclicking the vote button, while the majority of voters voted for other pelikula but had better things to do then sit at a computer and click a button all day.

and also it was the type of people voting, who were mostly teenagers. i can tell you now that in any other award ipakita (kids choice awards doesn't count) the majority of the voters would be older people. and because twilight is not a genre for that kind of audience, it wouldn't win but many of the other pelikula nominated would have. i have other reasons why i don't think they deserved the awards but i'll stop here

Ok....the MTV awards are based on popularity and pop culture...they are not and have never claimed to be the Oscars...so with that being said...yes I believe the Twilight series deserved to win....no matter how many Twifans sat at their computers (and yes I was one of them)...the fact is the fans took the time out to vote for what they loved...the reason why Eclipse swept the awards is because the fans loved it madami than the fans of all the other pelikula nominated...and no one (ie the HP fans or the Black sisne fans) should be mad at anyone but themselves....were the awards 'given' to Eclipse and its actors? Yes...by the millions of fans who pag-ibig them....end of story.

Me and my mga kaibigan still watch the Oscars....though I do agree with you...theyre not as popular as they use to be....

It's awesome! I pag-ibig Harry Potter too. But the fans are physco and rude about Twilight. So ha! Take that! :)

I have to agree with Twilight_Dream from my experiences HP fans have major issues with Twilight fans.

Yeah. But it's not the actress/actor's fault if we don't like it. It's the crew behind the set. But yes, they do amazing when it comes to The Twilight Saga! :)

Personally, I'm thrilled they won in pretty much all the categories. I'm team Edward all the way, but I was sort of hoping that Taylor and Kristen would have won best kiss. Not saying I don't pag-ibig to see rob & Kristen kissing, I do, but I think Taylor & Kris had something madami in it. I'm happy with the way the awards turned out, and I laughed out loud A LOT, and I'm on the East Coast so I got to hear the uncensored show, which was a treat. ;-)
