First off, this doesn't belong on the Twilight spot at all!
Anyways, you go to the fanpop homepage (www.fanpop.com), scroll down to about a little madami than half-way and you'll see a pamagat that says "browse clubs." Like right susunod to it is a button that says "create new club." You click it and you're ready to go (but please just make sure that there already isn't a spot for that thing) :]
