I highly doubt it. In nakaraan interviews she has sinabi that writtting the twilight series has been the highlight of her life, besides marrying and having children. She sinabi that she has begun two other books and will finnish them before thinking anymore of the twilight saga. Meyer states that she thinks Breaking Dawn ends on a good note and if she were to introduce a fith book, shed be carrying the series on too much, as the books are the tale of teenage Bella sisne finding herself and someone she loved, and now with Bella married, a mother, and vampire- see's no reason to extend the plot. She did however say, she still didn't think she could let go of the Bampira in her life, and claims if she did write another book or two, they would be retakes of the story, or about Edward's or Carlise's past before Bella came along. Another plot she questioned was to follow Renesmee's life, and how she and Jacob turned out, and another was the possability that Charlie were to find out about vampires, or for the votulri to return.
