I saw on a persons bista sa tagiliran they medalya for spots and I wanted to know how I can get medals.

you get medalya when you post links, videos, pictures, articles, etc. There are three types of medalya you can get. Dedicated, Die-Hard, and Fanatic. The madami you post, the closer you get to getting a higher medal :)
