There are plenty madami proving that Edward is madami dedicated to Bella. He literally will do anything for her, when Jacob won't. I'm not saying Jacob won't do many things for her, because he will, but Edward will do way madami for her than Jacob will ever do.

If you have read it, then you should know why did Edward do what he did. Because he LOVED her SO MUCH and didn't want to hurt her anymore... he left, even thought it was were hard for him to do that.
