Do we know when Twilight Saga: The Complete Guide is coming out??

Notice: This is DIFFERENT from the Movie Companion. Whenever I paghahanap the Guide on birago it says it's available for preorder, but that's it. It sinabi it was coming out in December of 2008. =\
