I like the films, particularly New Moon, because of the way those involved translated the books onto screen. Also, we actually get to see how gorgeous Edward and Jacob really are! XD

I think the same thing ! ;) Many people don't like how the actors play the characters! But they portrait them very well for me!

She wasn't like the Bella in my mind. I imagined a Bella sweeter and warmer than the one she portrayed. Maybe it's not entirely her fault . I didn't like the screenplay ,too.Especially New Moon's. I felt like watching a cheap soap opera.

I prefer the books over the movie any day. In fact, I now see the books as something completely different to the movies, seeing as so much was changed so that it could be translated onto screen. I do understand that it has to be changed so it can make a decent movie and not be too long, but even the meadow scene (the most romantic part of Twilight) was ruined. Personally, I hated the movie version of Twilight. I thought the pagganap and directing of that movie was terrible, sorry, but that is my view. I couldn't believe any of the pagganap that Kristen did; she just wasn't Bella to me. New Moon the movie however was a vast improvement, thank God. I actually liked that movie, even if Bella was still very unbelievable. Like everyone else, I cannot wait for Eclipse, which happened to be my favourite book out of the saga, to come out in the movie version.

I know what you mean i live in the uk and i mean like no one had read them and it was nice and i went to see the movie then still no one had like seen it then 6 months kater some girl seen taylor launter abs and everyone knew! they only watched the films and they think there die hard fans....

The books have madami detail about the whole thing but I choose the movie.

The movie is not only under Bella's Point of view, its also gives you some info that didn't happen in the book and they add secens.

EX:
In New Moon, they added the Voturi scene and in the book, that wasn't there.

So I'd rather the movie.

I like the books better. I wasn't that big of a tagahanga of the actors/actresses. The one that I liked the most was the woman who played Alice. I liked the books because we could understand their feelings madami and stuff....
