Recap Chapter 2
Once they were settled I had Emmett go help Jasper hang the lights. I had to keep looking out the door and yell at them because the strings were flying at each others heads and I would be really mad if they broke and this didn't turn out the way I planned.
I got everything done for the night, we all sat around and talked until Esme announced that Edward and I better get going if we didn't want to be late for school.
I asked everyone to help get anything that I forgot(yeah right.) Esme sinabi that she would balutin the rest of the presents and Rosalie even offered to help Esme set up. Emmett and Jasper went out back to wrestle or something and Carlisle headed off to work.
Edward and I walked out to his car and I grabbed a small silver gift, something to give Bella before the party.
Chapter 3
"Alice, you know that she is not going to like you giving her a gift at all, let alone at school." Edward sinabi as he started the car and began the drive to school.
"I know but too bad! It's her birthday, and every girls wants presents even if they won't admit it." I sinabi as I turned the new Linkin Park cd in my hands.
"She's gonna be mad enough about the gift, she's going to be REALLY unhappy about the party." He said, worry seeping into his voice.
"Now that she has no say in. I didn't plan the last few days planning this for nothing. You WILL do everything in your power to make sure she doesn't weasel her way out of this...right?" I asked as we pulled into a parking spot.
"I will do everything in my power to make sure she's there." He sinabi as he got out of the car.
We both stood sa pamamagitan ng the back of his car and waited for Bella to get there.
About 5 minutos later the loud rumble of her truck could be heard as she pulled off the road and into the parking lot.
I stood susunod to Edward bouncing because I was so excited. He laughed and put a hand on my shoulder to hold me in place until she could get out of the truck.
"OHHHH she's so slow...this is killing me." I sinabi as I giggled at the joke of dying.
He shook his head and smiled as Bella climbed out of the truck. She slammed her door and little pieces of her truck flew everywhere.
I skipped over to her a came to a stop right infront of her feet.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BELLA!!" I sinabi as I reached pasulong to give her her present and a hug.
She shushed me as fast as I could, the look on her face ipinapakita me that she would OBVIOUSLY not be wanting her gift or the hug right now.
"Are you going to open this now or later?" I sinabi ignoring her.
"NO presents, I know I sinabi no presents already." She sinabi getting angry.
"Ok, well did you like your presents from your parents?" I asked as I smiled up at her.
Her mother had gotten her a litrato album and had managed to talk her dad into buying her a nice camera so that she could document her birthday and everyone she was close to.
"Yeah, they're great." She mumbled.
"Well you only get to be a senor once." I sinabi as we began walking back towards Edward.
"And how many times have you been a senor?" She sneered.
"Ok, not the point." I sinabi as we reached Edward.
Bella instantly grabbed Edwards hand and they began having a private conversation.
"So, what time will you be at the house tonight?" I asked innocently.
"I didn't know I was coming over." She sinabi quickly.
"Oh come on, you can't ruin all our fun like that are you?" I pleeded.
"I have to work tonight." She said, the joy of working actually showed in her voice.
I thought quickly back to yesterday when I had called the outfitterrs where Bella worked. I managed to talk Mrs. Newton into letting her have the araw off, she would have to work tomorrow but today she was off.
"Actually you don't. I already spoke to Mrs. Newton and she sinabi "Happy Birthday."" I sinabi smugly.
She started talking about how her and Edward had to to watch Romeo and Juliet for English. I knew she was just grasping for straws at that point and my patience was seriously being tested.
I leaned closer near her and growled.
"This can be easy, or this can be hard, Bella, but one way or another" I threatened.
"Relax Alice, if Bella wnts to watch the movie, then she can." Edward said.
Bella began to smile because she thought she had won the argument.
"I'll bring her around seven." He continued.
"It'll give you madami time to set up." He sinabi knowing that I would want time to make sure everything was perfect.
I laughed and thought about everything.
"Ok sounds good. See you tonight Bella!! It'll be fun, you see." I smiled as I turned to walk to class.
I realized that she was not going to get her present right now. I sighed and placed the book back into my bag and walked into school.
School was boring as always, nothing new. Same information just occasionally taught sa pamamagitan ng new people. I made it through the long araw sa pamamagitan ng thinking of how happy she would be when she found out about her party and presents.
When school ended I took Edwards car and went home. I knew that he would drive her truck so that she had no excuse not to ipakita for the party.
When I got tahanan everything was set up, I walked around and made sure that everything was in it's place. The mesa with the white tablecloth was set up right susunod to Edwards piano, the plates and cake looking perfect.
The candles had been set all around the house, just waiting to be light. The small crystal bowls were on everything, the mga rosas looking perfect as they floated in the water.
I made a few minor alterations and was in deep thought when I heard Bellas tires turn onto our driveway.
"They're here!!" I sinabi as I looked around the house one madami time to make sure everything was perfect.
I heard Bella sigh as she got closer to the house, knowing that she was not happy to be here but something Edward told her must have changed her mind.
"Sorry about this Bella, we couldn't rein Alice in." Carlisle said.
Esme laughed quietly and huged her. Carlisle wrapped his arm around her shoulders and lead her into the living room.
Her eyes came to stop and Rosalie and Emmett. She smiled up at Emmett and tried to look friendly in Rose's direction.
"You haven't changed at all." Emmett sinabi as he walked closer to her.
"Thanks a lot Emmett." Bella sinabi as she blushed a deep red.
"I have to step out for a second." He sinabi as he turned to wink at me quickly.
"Don't do anything funny until I come back." He sinabi as he walked out the front door where he would go instal her radio so she couldn't take it back.
The big red ribbon was hid behind the front bushes and hopefully he would remember and put it on her dashboard.
Jasper had come to stand susunod to me and took my hand. I smiled up at him and let go, skipping in Bellas direction.
"Time to open presents!!" I sinabi as I grabbed her elbow and towed her to the mesa that held the cake, plates and presents.
