Russet Noon Official Cover Artwork by Stephanie Lostimolo
Numerous allegations of "theft" and "copyright infringement" have been made against may-akda Lady Sybilla for using the talisman image "without permission" from its creator, artist Stephanie Lostimolo.
On May 11, 2009, Lady Sybilla responded to these accusations with the following statement: "I have every intention of giving credit to the copyright owner of the talisman. I made a reasonable attempt to track down the artist sa pamamagitan ng Pagsulat an email to Michael Delahunt, the webmaster of link, but I never got a reply to my email. On his website, Delahunt refers to this image as a "talisman of unidentified origin and meaning," so obviously he doesn't know who the copyright owner is."
On June 1, 2009, a fandomwanker made the following claim on Journalfen.net: "Sybilla's still using an image cribbed from artist Stephanie Lostimolo, who created the talisman in 1999 for a Michael Whelan tagahanga Art Contest (for which she got an honorable mention - scroll down and look in the right column). You can't find the talisman image on the current incarnation of her site, but she has reused it since (worn sa pamamagitan ng a character). Lady Sybilla is using this image as the new cover of Russet Noon on her website and in press releases, despite not knowing the image's origin (and therefore neither crediting Lostimolo, nor obtaining permission to use it)."
Upon learning about this post, Lady Sybilla immediately contacted Stephanie Lostimolo sa pamamagitan ng email, requesting permission to use the image as the official cover art for Russet Noon.
On June 19, 2009, Ms. Lostimolo replied to Sybilla's request. Her email is as follows:

Russet Noon is a tribute sequel to the last installment in the Twilight Saga book series sa pamamagitan ng bestselling may-akda Stephenie Meyer. Lady Sybilla has also written a letter to Stephenie Meyer's publisher Little, Brown, requesting permission to ilathala Russet Noon officially, but, so far, there has been no response.
According to laymen interpretations of copyright laws posted on various forums around the web, Lady Sybilla and her independent publishing company, AV Paranormal, should be sued for copyright infringement. However, no legal action has been taken against the novel as of yet. Furthermore, there has been no attempt whatsoever on the part of Stephenie Meyer or her publisher, Little, Brown, to stop the publication of Russet Noon.
As of today, all attempts to ban the publication of Russet Noon have failed. It appears that the much defamed fan-fiction piece is destined to go down in history as "the little novel that could."

HELLO EVERY ONE!! This artikulo is about the 1st part of breaking dawn the movie, if you have NOT read the book then do not read any further.
They have split it into 2 parts the first part is when Edward and Bella get married and when she figures out that she became pregnant.
The segundo part is ALL about Jacob and how he feels when he figures out how Bella is prego with a cute devil child! (Or a bloodsucker/human) It is going to be the best movie in the whole world!!!

Bella's POV
I held her hand, Nessie and I had gone out to the medow to pick flowers, It was a warm spring araw and I thought it would be nice to let nessie go out of the boundries we had set (me and Edward) But i did not want her going alone so I went with her. On the way we ran into a a old friend Jacob. "Bella! Is that you?" He called laughing. "My gosh Jacob!" I squeled happily, I ran up to him and gave him a big hug. "Momma? who's that?" Nessie curiously asked. "Huh? Oh Nessie this is jacob! Say hello to him" I replied motioning for her to come forward. Nessie curiously stepped pasulong and shook hands with jacob. "Hey lil Vamp, your pretty cute" Jacob sinabi to her. "th-thanks jacob!" Nessie sayed blushing. All in all i think Jacob and Nessie will become great friends.

Pattinson, who stepped out at Sunday nights Golden Globe Awards looking as handsome as ever, told MTV that the vibe on set is different when Kristen is a vampire.
While fans can't wait to see Stewart as a blood sucking vampire, the wait will be a long one.
