Jacob shoved the last slice of pizza into his mouth as I laughed at a very lame joke he’d told about vampires.
‘A vampire returns tahanan after a night of feeding with his face covered in blood. His fellow Bampira gather around him excitedly and ask if he’d had a good night feeding because of all the blood.
“Where did you get it?” asked one.
“I’ll ipakita you,” the vampire said, morphing into his bat form. The others morphed and followed him. They were flying over mountains and lakes and then the vampire stops and points down.
“Do you see that tree?” he asked them, pointing at a giant oak tree.
“Yeah, yeah, yeah!” The Bampira nodded eagerly.
“Well I didn’t!”’
“They can’t really morph into bats,” I said, as Jacob swallowed. “That’s just a myth.”
“I think they’d be so much cooler,” Jacob replied, grabbing another pizza box off the table.
“I’ll let Edward know that you’d like him better if he could morph into a bat.”
“I didn’t say I’d like him better,” Jacob spoke between mouthfuls of pizza. “I just sinabi they’d be cooler.”
I laughed and then stopped as I felt an all too familiar pull on my mind. I groaned just as I was yanked out of my own head and stuffed somewhere else. My living room vanished to be replaced sa pamamagitan ng trees. A forest. Moonlight shone down from above signalling night. Someone was skipping leisurely through the forest. A girl, no a woman. She was tall and slender, willowy. Skin tanned golden but pale. Dark hair falling in curls around her shoulders and down her back. Golden eyes framed sa pamamagitan ng long thick eyelashes. The woman was thinking as she skipped along. You could see the concentration on her face but then she was distracted sa pamamagitan ng a shout.
“There’s nothing here boys! Let’s head back!”
Recognition swirled in my mind but I didn’t have time to think before the woman looked around wildly searching for the voice. She stopped suddenly and sniffed the air once and then smiled. Before I could see what happened susunod the entire vision blurred like someone had messed with the focus on a camera and I was back in the living room.
I blinked a few times and then turned to Jacob who had a pizza slice hanging limp in his hand halfway to his open mouth. He was watching me, his brown eyes filled with fear and worry. He closed his mouth, swallowed, blinked, dropped the pizza and then hugged me.
“Whoa, down boy!” I choked out as the air was squeezed out my lungs.
“Are you okay?” Jacob whispered frantically down my ear. “What happened to you?”
“It was a premonition,” I said, still tight in his hug. “Now please let me go.”
Jacob released me from his hug but his hands held my shoulders. His eyes scrutinised my face, checking for damages. I knew what he could see. I knew what he would ask. I knew I had no time to deal with those tanong right now. Charlie was in danger right now. I needed to get to him.
“A premonition?” Jacob repeated. “Like Alice’s visions? You saw the future?”
“Yes,” I nodded. “I saw the future. And the future ain’t looking too good for Charlie unless we move.”
Jacob stared at me for a segundo and then stood up.
“What did you see?” he asked, beginning to pace up and down.
Alpha Jacob. Not so much Alpha as Sam was still head of the pack. But he did have the potential to be a leader. Not only was it in his blood but he had the aura and the intelligence and the strategic method that Alpha’s had.
“A vampire walking through the woods,” I said, quickly. I couldn’t waste time explaining. “She’s not doing much but then hears Charlie’s voice and runs after him.”
“Okay so you think that this vampire is going to attack Charlie now?” Jacob said, turning to face me. I could picture clogs turning in Jacob’s head, planning attacks and defences.
I hesitated. I knew Charlie wasn’t going to be attacked now. I knew that he was ligtas at this very moment. I knew Charlie would come tahanan tonight. I also knew that at some point in the future he would be attacked, he wouldn’t ligtas and he wouldn’t come home.
“Well.” I looked down, not at Jacob. He could read me like an open book.
“Kayla,” Jacob sighed. “You can’t keep jumping at the slightest hint of danger. Even if its miles and miles away. It’s not healthy.”
“I do not jump at the slightest hint of danger,” I protested, standing up.
“There’s a vampire in Phoenix.”
Vampire? Phoenix? I better tell Edward. I should get prepared, call Charlie to let him know. We’d need to inform the mga lobo but they’d already know if Jacob knew.
“Is it hostile?” I asked Jacob. “Do we need to take care of it? Is it like Edward? Should I get Charlie away? Should I-?”
Jacob raised his eyebrows, clearly expressing a point.
“There is no vampire in Phoenix,” I stated.
Jacob nodded.
“Do you see my point?” he asked. “You jump every time someone mentions anything that could be possibly harmful. I could mention ‘fork’ and you’d jump for polystyrene to hold it in and band-aids in case anyone hurts themselves.”
“That is so not true!”
“Kayla. I’m just saying that maybe you should ease up a little. Not everything is as dangerous as you might think.”
I stared at Jacob in disbelief. The boy was trying to say I was paranoid. I wasn’t paranoid.
“I am not paranoid.” I wasn’t.
“What colour eyes did the vampire have?” Jacob asked, folding his arms across his huge chest.
“Gold,” I muttered and coughing slightly. I wasn’t paranoid.
“What was that?” Jacob put a hand around his ear to hear better. “I didn’t hear you.”
“Gold!” I shouted. “Okay? The vampire had ginto eyes! Happy?”
I stood up and walked out the front door. Jacob clearly wasn’t going to help me. I would deal with the vampire on my own. No vampire was getting near Charlie, vegetarian or not. One vampire could lead to another which could lead to another and uy ho Charlie was dinner.
I know I was slightly over-reacting. This was just a nice vampire. ginto eyed Bampira never ate humans. They drank animal blood. They were like the Cullens. But even the nice Bampira were known to slip. Jasper was proof. He was a nice vegetarian vampire but he’d almost eaten me two years ago. Then again he was newbie but then so could this vampire be. And if she goes after Charlie, even just for a chat, she could slip and its bye bye Charlie.
“Kayla! Wait!” I heard Jacob shout behind me as I stepped into the forest.
“Just go tahanan Jacob!”
“I can’t let you go in there alone!” I felt his hand on my shoulder. “The Cullen’s aren’t the only dangerous thing in here.”
“I’m not paranoid,” I told Jacob as he fell into step beside me. “I’m just being careful.”
“Sure you are, Kayla,” Jacob humoured me.
“Jay! I don’t want a repeat of the last few years where carelessness has gotten me into trouble. I’ve almost been killed madami times than I can remember. Charlie’s been in danger, Edward’s been in danger. Any madami trouble and everyone I pag-ibig could be killed.” I stopped to face him. “And then these premonitions give me glimpses of the future. I don’t want to go to sleep and see my family and mga kaibigan dying. I’ve experienced it once and that’s enough.”
“Who?”
“Charlie. Killed sa pamamagitan ng a vampire. Drained of his blood in this forest I think. The worst thing was, it was a vampire he knew.”
“Maybe it was-”
“It wasn’t a Cullen!” I stopped him before he could say it. He was speaking utter bullpoopie! None of the Cullens would harm Charlie.
“That’s why you’re going into the forest now. You think the vampire who chases after Charlie is the vampire that kills him.”
I nodded. Once in a while Jacob could be quite clever. I resumed walking, keeping my ears opened.
“There’s nothing here boys! Let’s head back!” Charlie’s voice, faint but clear, shouted somewhere in the forest.
“Oh no!” I groaned and ran.
“What’s wrong?” Jacob shouted running after me.
“It’s my premonition!” I answered, dodging low hanging branches. “That’s what Charlie shouted before the vampire ran after him. She’ll be tracking him now. We have to get her.”
“I can track her,” Jacob said. “I’ll just have to phase.”
Moments later a huge russet brown lobo was galloping beside me.
“Smell anything?”
The lobo nodded its massive head.
“Lead the way!”

Max's POV
When we rushed in Sergeant sinag office and I saw Addi lying there on
the floor anger just rushed over me. Sergeant sinag quickly tried to
fight us but between the both of us we had him pinned down on the
floor within seconds. As Jordan was holding Sergeant sinag on floor I
rushed over to Addi. I checked to see if she was breathing and that
made me a little calmer but not enough. So I grabbed the phone on the
mesa and called 911. When the police and ambulansya arrived I was happy
cause I knew that she was going to be okay and Sergeant sinag was going
to jail. Jordan and I had to stay on campus we weren't allowed to
leave.

Personally I read Twilight because kids kept bugging me because I haven't read it yet.
But after pagbaba all four books I feel in pag-ibig with them. I wasn't a tagahanga of the Pagsulat style or the romance. I prefer girl-on-girl. But I fell in pag-ibig with Edward and Jacob.
The characters are lovable. Now I hated Bella she was annoying but that's the only thing I dislike. I pag-ibig the ending to Breaking Dawn. And pag-ibig New Moon.
Edward left in that book I almost skipped it.
As of right now; Meyers is my paborito author.
She is way better then JK Rowling and Stephen King.
I used to pag-ibig HP until I read Twilight.
Now I used to write before pagbaba Twilight...and just suddenly realized my Pagsulat was nothing compared to Twilight. That's why I'm Pagsulat a vampire novel that I hope to ilathala in the near future.
