I have alot of stories running around in my head but I think they would not be for anyone under the age of 16, due to the sensitive content. Alot of the fans are also wondering how they are going to play out Bella's hallucinations of Edward. There are many ways they can do that.

When she is in Port Angeles, she goes near a bar. This is the first time she hears Edward's voice since his departure. They could possibly do a voice-over. And same with the bike incident. I think a voice-over would be best.
